The health status of tribals is amongst the poorest. They are the most marginalized groups in India. The tribal community lags behind the national average on several vital public health indicators, with women and children being the most vulnerable. Health problems prevalent in tribal areas include endemic infectious diseases like malaria, tuberculosis and diarrheal disease, apart from malnutrition and anaemia. Ignorance, attitude and lack of healthcare can lead to severe problems. Every year trust along with donors and medical experts organize free checkup camps in extremely backward areas to diagnose and if possible provide a cure for health related issues in tribals. Thousands of tribals have been diagnosed and treated through our medical camps. In addition to diagnosis we also provide medicines, spectacles and facilities for small eye and dental surgeries free of cost at this camps.
We also provide free tiffin service to needy patients of hospitals of Vapi. Many patients come to Vapi from rural areas for treatment. With no home and long stay in hospitals food cost for patient and family members puts an additional burden. We provide free tiffins with quality food at the hospital to such citizens.

Most tribals live in far off and extremely poor areas. Basic medical facility is also miles away and medication costly. Poor financial condition and lack of basic medical facilities invite malnutrition and nutrient deficiencies. High prevalance of genetic disorders and addictions of various kinds lead to serious health issues. They seek local medicines and in most cases go to a local misguiding them with superstitions and fake supernatural abilities .
