We believe and have always believed educating the financially and socially challenged is the only way forward to give them better lives. At Salvav we educate talented tribal girls from classes 9 to 12 absolutely free of cost with the help of MAA foundation. Today around 240 tribals live and study at Gandhiashram, Mota Pondha free of cost every year in classes 1 to 10. Hundreds of students have benefitted from our education system till date. The firm belief and devotion to the singular cause of education of tribals has produced numerous P.T.T.C. and B.Ed. teachers, Nurses, Engineers and other professionals. This project will help tribal girls from remote areas of Dharampur & Kaprada to receive free education and dormitory facilities at the school run by Shree Swaminarayan Shikshan Seva Kendra-Salvav.
Scope…
Tribal areas of Dharampur & Kaparada are marred with remoteness and extreme poverty. Among the tribal populations that inhabit the region, far less than half of the women are literate- which is way less than the national average. The tribal girls are often unable to even access basic education. Poverty-stricken parents are reluctant to send their daughters to attend schools in other villages due to financial or various other reasons.

- Option to choose Science & Commerce faculties at Class 11 based on class 10 result - Career Guidance from Class 10
